As sale prices rise in SA many agents are charging 1.5 to 1.8%. On a sale of $650,000 this equates to a commission of $9750 and $11,700. Our Seniors Card discount based on these examples equates to a saving for our clients of between $6000 and $7950.

Some greedy agents are still charging in excess of 2% ($13,000+), so beware!
