Chris has been qualified in real estate sales since 1998. Having been exposed to the planning and development workings at Delfin he is also knowledgeable in urban community planning and design systems and requirements. Chris also has experience in the building industry with exposure to many current new developments in and around metropolitan Adelaide. He still works closely with LMC (Now Renewal SA) Lend Lease, CIC Lightsview and Urban Pacific and Walker Corporation introducing modern, innovative and unique proposals to their sub divisions and developments. He has had over 100 sales totalling over $30 million dollars in 2 years (Inc. Land ).

Our Company started in 2012 working with builders, developers and investors. Once we moved into our new office at the Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre we started to receive numerous requests to help people sell their residential properties. Now we have an enviable record of selling properties within 1 to 14 days of their first open inspection in 93% of cases.
